The Regional Director of Finance will oversee all financial functions and associates in a cluster of hotels, ensuring informed decision-making and effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate property expenses and expense controls
• Review and audit Balance Sheets on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate and conduct semi-annual property audits
• Provide guidance and training to property staff accountants, controllers, and operational staff on mandatory accounting practices. Help hire and train accounting associates
• Participate in prelim calls and financial reviews of each property

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Controller
• Knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with associates across multiple departments
