Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates
• Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system

Skills

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a contractor role
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience in government-specific sourcing
• Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices
