Responsibilities

• Source & Vet Top Talent: Partner with leading biotech and pharmaceutical clients to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates
• Niche Market Focus: Own and execute searches primarily focused on Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and CMC expertise (with a strong emphasis on biometrics, cleanups, and clinical project management)
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage the candidate pipeline seamlessly to ensure a stellar candidate experience that reflects their premium brand
• Collaborate Strategically: Work hand in hand with their tight-knit leadership team to ensure perfect alignment on candidate quality and client delivery

Skills

• 1 to 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience: Proven track record in agency or corporate recruiting, specifically within the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharma sectors
• The 'Remote' Mindset: You thrive on flexibility and autonomy. You are self-motivated, results-driven, and don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to deliver excellent work
• Familiarity with navigating the clinical development or regulatory affairs space is highly preferred
• Candidates located in or adaptable to the Western/Mountain U.S. time zones are preferred to maximize client coverage
