Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates
• Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates
• Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer
• Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs
• Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers

Skills

• Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationship
• Previous full cycle recruitment experience (2-5 years)
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
