The Recruiter will build relationships with healthcare professionals, manage recruitment pipelines, and guide clinicians through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with healthcare professionals across the country
• Recruit through calls, texts, and social
• Own and grow your pipeline
• Act as the point of contact between clinicians and Springboard Health, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process and resolving issues efficiently
• Guide clinicians from first conversation → placement → long-term success

Skills

• You're sales-driven and love winning
• You're a natural relationship builder
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• 1–2+ years in sales, service or recruiting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Confidence on the phone (cold calling = no problem)
• Strong organization + follow-up skills
• Grit, drive, and a 'get it done' attitude
