Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule and optimize appointments based on location, urgency, and service type
• Guide customers toward booking using provided pricing and service guidelines
• Follow up with missed calls, estimates, and undecided leads
• Confirm appointments and send timely reminders to reduce no-shows
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Communicate clear, complete job information to the technician
• Monitor daily schedule and help fill open time slots
• Escalate urgent or high-value jobs quickly
• Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience from first contact to booking Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
