Responsibilities

• Acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
• Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use)
• Real estate finance (construction, bridge, mezzanine, private credit)
• Private equity and REIT transactions
• Development, land use, and zoning
• Distressed real estate, restructurings, and workouts
• Environmental, regulatory, and entitlement matters

Skills

• A portable book of business
• Practices in commercial real estate, finance, development, PE, or leasing
