They are seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and develop scalable AI/ML applications and mentor engineers while implementing best practices in the field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Python-based AI/ML applications and pipelines for production
• Build, train, and deploy ML and deep learning models across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI
• Fine-tune LLMs and build RAG pipelines, AI agents, and prompt engineering workflows
• Develop and maintain REST and gRPC APIs for high-throughput model serving
• Implement MLOps practices — experiment tracking, model versioning, drift monitoring, and retraining
• Optimize models via quantization, pruning, distillation, and ONNX for efficient inference
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices across the team

Skills

• 7–9 years of overall experience — majority in Python and AI/ML roles
• 4+ years deploying ML/AI systems in production environments
• Strong expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and classical ML libraries
• Hands-on LLM experience — fine-tuning, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace
• Solid MLOps skills — MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
• Cloud proficiency — AWS, GCP, or Azure with Docker and Kubernetes
• Degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
