They are seeking a Publisher Partnerships Manager to build and scale media distribution partnerships, develop syndication strategies, and enhance their global reach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic syndication, licensing, and content distribution partnerships
• Build and manage relationships with aggregators, publishers, and media platforms
• Research competitor distribution strategies and uncover new growth opportunities
• Structure partnership deals, including attribution models, traffic-sharing terms, and co-branding agreements
• Craft compelling outreach campaigns, partnership proposals, and follow-ups that drive responses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track referral traffic, engagement, and partnership performance to optimize growth
• Represent BeInCrypto at media and publishing events to expand industry connections

Skills

• Have at least 2–5 years of experience in media distribution, syndication, partnerships, or content licensing
• Have experience working with publishers, aggregators, adtech, or media platforms
• Understand how content syndication, referral partnerships, and distribution ecosystems operate
• Know how to independently manage partnership pipelines and close strategic deals
• Have strong written communication and outreach skills
• Are fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
• Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
