• Owns delivery coordination for their hub
• Single point of contact to the Architect for resourcing, scheduling and escalation
• Accountable for SLA adherence and utilization reporting
• ServiceNow project delivery scoping and coordination
• Risk and issue management
• Agile delivery execution
• Experience in AI Agentic
• Capacity Planning, Sprint and backlog management
• ServiceNow PPM, PMO and reporting tools
• Stakeholder mgmt across TCS
• Escalation handling and conflict resolution
• Onboarding coordination for new TCS resources
