Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with project management tools like Jira
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Experience in IT or software development environments
• Familiarity with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
