They are looking for a Project Manager to join their international project team, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery
• Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of scope within agreed constraints
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Technical Leads
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and status updates
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and delivery standards are met

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management within software or IT environments
• Strong experience in project planning, timeline management, and budget control
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
• Experience in risk tracking, issue management, and delivery oversight
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
• Experience working with international and distributed teams
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) environments
