The role involves advising on complex project finance transactions in the renewable energy sector and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure assets (including renewable energy projects)
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor arrangements, PPAs, and EPC contracts
• Assist with due diligence and manage workstreams across complex transactions
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, sponsors, and internal deal teams from initial structuring through close
• Advise on regulatory, permitting, and compliance considerations impacting energy projects

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice (or ability to waive in)
• 2+ years of experience in project finance, banking/finance, or energy transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure work strongly preferred
