RISINGSUN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead the engineering execution of complex Balance of Plant projects. This role focuses on ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery throughout the project execution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) projects from contract award through project completion
• Develop project engineering scope, schedules, and execution plans
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional engineering teams to successfully deliver project objectives
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, partners, EPC contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Review customer specifications and communicate technical and contractual requirements across engineering disciplines
• Evaluate technical, financial, and schedule impacts of customer-requested scope changes
• Provide technical leadership to engineering, sourcing, vendors, installation teams, and project management
• Manage engineering budgets, project risks, and technical issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality procedures, and contractual requirements
• Capture and implement lessons learned to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support proposal teams, estimating, sourcing, logistics, scheduling, quality, and contract management throughout project execution
• Drive technical coordination across multiple product lines and engineering disciplines while maintaining customer satisfaction and project profitability

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering or another STEM-related discipline from an accredited university
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility
• Experience leading engineering activities for complex industrial or power-related projects
• Strong understanding of project engineering principles, engineering execution, and technical coordination
• Experience managing engineering scope, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within power generation, energy, industrial, or heavy manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of Balance of Plant (BOP) systems
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and industry codes
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Familiarity with turbo machinery, generators, power plant auxiliary systems, or related equipment
• Expertise in at least one engineering discipline: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering
• Strong customer-facing experience with technical presentations and project discussions
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous projects
