The Program Manager of Network Operations is responsible for overseeing initiatives that support network goals and promoting the optimal use of Network programs and services, collaborating with various teams to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Network operations, fostering efficiency and adherence to established standards
• Oversee the onboarding of new member practices and the ongoing maintenance of member requirements
• Maximize Salesforce and other CRM tools and data analytics to ensure full engagement with members
• Deploy timely, engaging communications to the member practices and organizations, ensuring their awareness of network requirements, changes and goals
• Partner regularly with various CHST departments (Information Services, Compliance, Physician Operations) to identify new opportunities and solutions that meet member operational needs
• Anticipate needs or problems that arise concerning the member practices and organizations and strategize to find solutions
• Drive operational excellence and foster a customer-centric culture
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance measures that are in line with industry and regulatory best practices and CHST standards
• Collaborate with other departments at Children's and Network members to ensure excellent service delivery to Network members
• Participate and sometimes lead committees and work groups that include medical, Network and CHST leadership
• Oversee coordination of various co-functions of Network services such as PEMR, the Nurse Advice Line, quality reporting and purchasing programs

Skills

• At least 5 years healthcare environment
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years working in a clinically integrated physician network
• At least 1 year experience in a primary-care or clinical outpatient practice
• Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience MHA or MBA
