They are seeking a proactive and organized Client Services Program Manager to ensure program consistency and client satisfaction through the successful implementation and execution of assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Execution: Drive the implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to ensure all tactical goals and deadlines are met
• Manage Client Onboarding: Facilitate cross-functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients
• Drive Business Reviews: Prepare performance decks and lead discussions regarding program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights
• Ensure Operational Integration: Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance
• Contractual Compliance: Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create specific Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal management systems

Skills

• 5 years of experience in account management and/or client services
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to create and manage detailed project plans
• Proven ability in problem-solving and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry-standard certification
• Travel: 15%
