They are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the entire program and all associated teams supporting USPTO IT services, ensuring contract deliverables and SLAs are met and maintained while interfacing with Government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire program and all associated teams supporting USPTO IT services
• Ensures contract deliverables and SLAs are met and maintained
• Acts as primary interface with Government leadership including COR and OCIO management
• Provides administrative direction and commits corporate resources as required

Skills

• U.S. Citizenship required; Favorable Tier 1 Investigation (or immediate NBIS T1 suitability eligibility)
• Hybrid work with ability to support on-site as required (Alexandria, VA)
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of management experience or equivalent education/experience combination
• Current ITIL certification
