They are seeking a performance marketing expert who will manage client interactions and define campaign structures while also interfacing with engineering to translate marketing processes into products.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients
• Define what the ideal campaign structure is for Valid clients
• Manage and hire a team of marketers to use tooling you help design to deliver a best-in-class ads experience
• Interface directly with engineering translating marketing processes into real products

Skills

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience within an agency or head of growth role
• Manage +$500,000/month of ad spend across the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, Other advertising channels
• Comfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to 'read the tea leaves' of an ad account
• Served in client facing roles as senior POC
• Managed and hired a team of marketers
• Advertising for mobile apps, mobile app attribution (SKAN), and Apple ads
