[Remote] Product Manager - PC Components

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ASUS is a technology company seeking a Product Manager for their PC Components line. The role involves managing the product life-cycle, developing business relationships, and collaborating with various teams to drive product strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Components product line, aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels
  • Ensure production schedules are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities and constraints
  • Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand, material availability, and production issues
  • Communicate production plans and schedule changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the PC industry
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
  • Drive successful product launches, developing compelling positioning and messaging to maximize market impact
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (Power Supply/ Case/ Case fan/ AIO cooler experience is a plus), business development in technology industry
  • Able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Exercise good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Able to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Ability to understand and respond to a diverse population
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Able to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Experience creating reports, especially on Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system
  • Up to date with industry trends and business models
