They are actively seeking a Product Manager / Business Systems Analyst with Portal Experience to lead the strategy and enhancement of customer and partner portal experiences while collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of customer and partner portal experiences
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into product features
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable portal solutions
• Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and support Agile sprint planning and execution
• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, and identity management systems
• Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to improve user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
