[Remote] Product Line Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Genus PLC is an agricultural biotechnology pioneer, and they are seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to support the tactical execution and management of the Sexcel and IntelliGen product lines. This role involves project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis to ensure product initiatives align with commercial needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and executing product initiatives that support the Sexcel & IntelliGen product lines, including timelines, cross‑functional updates, and tactical deliverables
- Support the Product Line Manager by gathering business requirements, tracking innovation needs, and maintaining updated documentation
- Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends; summarize insights and develop dashboards to support product strategy
- Create and maintain communication materials, selling tools, and product resources
- Support product life‑cycle analysis, including data collection, reporting, and financial insights
- Build strong collaborative relationships across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners
- Contribute to broader PLM activities as needed based on business priorities and workload
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience working cross‑functionally
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in agriculture, genetics, or biotechnology is beneficial
