• Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements to the PolyPath platform
• Support and execute platform migrations and upgrades
• Contribute to building pricing structures and pipeline capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Participate in building and scaling a high-performing platform team

Skills

• Experience with PolyPath (highly preferred) or similar trading platforms
• Background in banking / financial services, ideally trading environments
• Strong functional or technical expertise (depending on role)
• Experience in large-scale, long-term platform programs
• Ability to work in global, remote teams
• Strong communication skills in English
