They are seeking a Plaintiff Consumer Finance Litigation Attorney to lead complex FCRA strategy, manage a high-volume docket, and drive case outcomes in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-volume docket of FCRA-driven consumer finance matters
• Drive case strategy: evaluate leverage, set litigation plans, and execute efficiently
• Own motion practice: draft and supervise dispositive motions and key filings
• Guide discovery strategy and ensure tight deadline control across matters
• Lead settlement negotiations and mediations; position cases for strong outcomes
• Partner with litigation leadership to improve templates, playbooks, and process
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team execution (as applicable)

Skills

• Active member in good standing of the California Bar
• 6+ years of litigation experience with substantial FCRA exposure
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume docket environment
• Strong legal writing and motion practice capability
• Proven settlement negotiation skills and practical judgment
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable leading case strategy
