Qualifications

• Valid medical license in all 50 states and board certification as an MD or NP
• Experience in CCM
• Proficiency in conducting virtual consultations and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and upholding clinical excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, professional setting
• Experience in high-growth healthcare sectors is a plus
• Willingness to adapt and engage with innovative technologies in digital health
