Responsibilities

• Reviewing realistic financial planning scenarios
• Evaluating recommendations and financial strategies
• Applying professional judgement to complex client situations
• Assessing tradeoffs between short-term and long-term financial goals
• Providing structured written feedback and expert analysis
• Helping improve how advanced AI systems reason about financial planning and advisory decisions
• Ensuring recommendations align with industry standards and best practices

Skills

• Several years of hands-on experience advising individual clients
• Strong background in private wealth management or personal financial advisory
• Deep knowledge of investments, retirement planning, and personal finance
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent credential required
• Experience with institutions such as Charles Schwab, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Chase Private Client, or similar firms is highly valued
• Prior AI experience is not required
