[Remote] Outbound Contacts Representative 2

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Humana Inc. is a leading U.S. healthcare company, and they are seeking an Outbound Contacts Representative 2 to make outbound contacts to members and providers. This role involves performing follow-ups and ensuring timely responses to inquiries while working within defined parameters.

Responsibilities

  • Represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues
  • Performs necessary follow up with members and/or providers
  • Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards
  • Makes decisions that typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments
  • Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction
  • Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion

Skills

  • 1+ year experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Must reside in state of FLORIDA
  • Bilingual - English, Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance, must take a language proficiency assessment
  • Able to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, utilizing multiple shared systems, platforms, and ability to troubleshoot/resolve general technical issues
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
