They are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, manage purchase orders, and keep their Shopify store updated.

Responsibilities

• Managing and tracking POs with vendors
• Listing new products and uploading photos to the website
• Placing inventory and supply orders
• Supporting general operations tasks as the business scales

Skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a follow-through mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led business
• Must be located in the Eastern time zone
