About Global Felicity Group Global Felicity Group is a U.S.-based apostille, certified translation, and remote online notarization company. Position Overview We are contracting commissioned Remote Online Notaries across U.S. states that have permanently authorized RON. As a contracted notary in our network, you will perform remote notarizations for clients whose documents are typically bound for apostille certification and international use. Eligible States We are accepting applications from commissioned notaries in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Perform remote online notarizations using an approved RON platform in compliance with your state's laws. Verify signer identity through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication as required. Maintain electronic notary journals and audio-visual recordings per state retention requirements. Communicate professionally with clients, many of whom are first-time users of notary services. Coordinate with the Global Felicity Group operations team on scheduling and document handling. Adhere to all state-specific RON regulations and platform protocols.

Required Qualifications

Active notary public commission in one of the eligible states listed above. Current RON authorization from your state's commissioning authority (or documented eligibility to obtain it). Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance and surety bond as required by your state. Reliable computer, HD webcam, and high-speed internet connection. Quiet, professional environment for conducting notarizations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish. Prior experience with apostille-bound or immigration-related documents. Availability across multiple time zones, including some evenings or weekends. Experience with platforms such as Notarize, OneNotary, BlueNotary, or similar.

Compensation

Per-notarization rates, paid as a 1099 independent contractor. Volume varies by state demand and individual availability.
