This position involves working one day per week from 800 a.m. to 1200 p.m., providing a total of 4 contracted hours. The role supports elementary students with a variety of disabilities, delivering essential therapeutic interventions within the school setting.

• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students.
• Utilize both telehealth and onsite therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.

• Qualifications and Experience
• Valid Illinois Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience working with an elementary school caseload.
• Skilled in both telehealth and direct school-based occupational therapy services.
