Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Night Shift Insurance Claims Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately during night hours, ensuring our clients receive timely and professional service. Key Responsibilities

• * Accurately review, process, and adjudicate insurance claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• * Verify all claim information and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance.
• * Communicate with internal departments, insurance providers, and third-party vendors to resolve claim discrepancies.
• * Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the claims management system.
• * Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• * Identify and escalate complex or suspicious claims to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
• * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
• * Provide timely updates and reports to supervisors on claim statuses and workflow bottlenecks.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
• * Familiarity with claims processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience
• * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a related administrative/financial role.
• * Previous experience working night shifts or in a remote environment is highly desirable.
• * Knowledge of healthcare, auto, or property insurance claims is a plus.
• Working Hours
• * Night Shift 1000 PM to 600 AM (your local time), Monday through Friday.
• * Occasional weekend or holiday shifts may be required depending on business needs.
