Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tier4 Group is a fast-growing online retailer preparing for a major ERP transformation, moving from QuickBooks to NetSuite. The role involves leading requirements gathering, identifying risks, and developing an implementation roadmap as part of a small consulting team.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and current-state assessment
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with moving from QuickBooks to a full ERP
• Develop an implementation roadmap and best-practices framework
• Support NetSuite implementation planning
• Serve as a trusted advisor in a highly ambiguous, evolving environment

Skills

• Deep NetSuite experience. At least one full NetSuite implementation in your work history
• Comfort working through ambiguity and undefined scope
• Strong business-focused mindset, Ability to think strategically, not just technically
• Finance / accounting business process design experience
• Business requirements documentation experience
• Program / project management experience
• Senior Manager level experience or above
• Retail industry experience
• Chart of Accounts development experience
• QuickBooks experience
• ERP migration strategy experience
