This executive leadership role is focused on driving national growth, expanding advisor relationships, and leading a high-performing distribution organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute national sales and distribution strategy across advisor and partner channels
• Drive new plan growth and expand relationships with advisors, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, and strategic partners
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing national sales organization
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technology teams to support scalable growth and client satisfaction
• Represent the organization at industry events and key client/advisor meetings
