Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals and loan needs
• Educate borrowers on available loan products, rates, and terms
• Review and analyze financial documents
• Recommend loan options that best fit the client’s financial situation
• Take complete and accurate loan applications
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and submitted on time
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and other internal teams
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the process

Skills

• Proven experience in sales
• Strong sales skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong communication abilities to effectively convey complex information
• Must have active NMLS license
• MLO License (Required)
• Proven experience as a Loan Officer
• 1 year of banking experience
• Experience working in a high-volume lending environment
