• Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers
• Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with Texana Bank’s objectives
• Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network
• Maintain compliance with all regulations, ensuring no involvement in loan origination or point-of-sale systems
