This is not a traditional administrative or compliance-driven role. Instead, this opportunity is uniquely designed for clinical depth. Practice at the top of your license while focusing on evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and direct clinical support for students navigating emotional and behavioral health challenges. Requirements

• Active, independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) in at least one U.S. state.
• Proven experience providing direct, intensive individual therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation

• Premium Clinical Rate: $75–$110/hour, commensurate with licensure and degree level.
