Role Overview Heritage Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid LMHC licensure in New York State.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
