This is a 1099 opportunity designed for agents who want flexibility, strong commission potential, and fast, consistent payouts. Get Paid Weekly

• $30 per hour of documented client engagement time (communicating on the company dialer).

Commission Structure:

• Earn $25 per Medicare application that is issued and paid. No chargebacks. Competitive compensation with reliable payouts
• Hospital Indemnity Plans: 25% commission level
• Life Insurance: 10% of AP (Annual Premium)
• No income cap – the harder you work, the more you earn

What You’ll Do:

• Sell Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans over the phone
• Work inbound and/or self-generated leads
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups
• Provide excellent client service throughout the enrollment process
