Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design, equipment selection, and system integration
• Develop and maintain drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Drive root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and continuous improvement
• Support manufacturing processes: tooling, fixtures, automation, and throughput optimization
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, and production leadership

Skills

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 7-15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments
• CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD-role dependent)
• Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability
• Leadership/mentorship capability preferred
