Onward Search is partnering with a client to find a Marketing Specialist who will support internal marketing planning and execution from a remote setting. This temporary role helps advance marketing initiatives aligned with internal priorities and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal stakeholders to shape marketing plans and guidance
• Coordinate planning, execution, and measurement across marketing initiatives
• Support marketing activities including advertising, collateral, digital marketing, content, and events or sponsorships
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle to keep initiatives on track
• Evaluate initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant marketing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management and presentation capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
