Yibi Group is a premier OEM manufacturer and trusted strategic partner for global luxury houses, and they are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand building and business expansion across the California luxury market. The role involves developing bilingual marketing content, designing social media campaigns, conducting market research, and liaising with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bilingual (French & English) marketing content for LinkedIn, official website, email marketing and other digital platforms
• Design and launch social media campaigns to boost brand exposure and audience engagement
• Conduct in-depth market research covering luxury, fashion, jewelry and accessory sectors
• Assist with lead generation and overall business development work
• Liaise closely with teams based in China and Europe to ensure smooth delivery of marketing projects
• Track campaign data and deliver data-backed optimization suggestions

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications or content creation
• Solid knowledge of California's luxury market and local business etiquette
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO and mainstream digital marketing tools
• Fluent in both French and English
• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and solid project management competence
• Analytical thinking with great attention to details
• Capable of thriving in an international, cross-cultural working environment
• Self-driven, proactive and focused on delivering measurable results
• Prior experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, accessories or B2B industries is highly preferred
• Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
