Remote Marketing & Lead Management Coordinator
Description Restoration 1 New Jersey is a fast-growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and marketing-minded Remote Marketing & Lead Management Coordinator to help generate leads, manage online presence, and support daily business development efforts. This is not just a social media position. We are looking for someone who understands lead generation, customer communication, local business marketing, CRM management, and online reputation management. Responsibilities · Manage and update Google Business Profiles · Post regularly to Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms · Upload project photos and before/after content · Help generate and manage Google reviews and customer feedback · Maintain local business listings and citations · Track incoming leads and update CRM systems · Follow up with unsold estimates and past customers · Respond to Facebook and online inquiries · Assist with lead tracking and reporting · Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional efforts · Organize digital files, photos, and project content · Support management with administrative and marketing tasks
Requirements
Preferred Skills · Experience with Google Business Profile management · Social media management experience · Canva or graphic creation experience · CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) · Strong written and verbal English communication · Highly organized and detail-oriented · Ability to multitask and work independently · Experience in restoration, construction, roofing, or home services is a plus · Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, BirdEye, or similar platforms is a plus What We’re Looking For · Positive attitude · Strong follow-through · Reliable and responsive · Organized under pressure · Marketing-minded · Problem solver · Long-term team player Position Details
