[Remote] Market Insights Operations Contractor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. k-ID is building the age aware internet to enhance technology access for kids and teens while ensuring compliance with global regulations. The Market Insights Operations Contractor will run the compliance-benchmarking engine, analyze data privacy practices in games and apps, and ensure timely and reliable testing results.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute testing cycles: Define games, jurisdictions, questions, and schedules; ensure rationale is documented and visible
- Operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms: Configure runs, refine agent instructions, review and classify outputs, and follow through with vendors
- Conduct detailed Data QA: Review AI outputs, check and reconcile data, diagnose trends, cross-reference with client implementations, and resolve anomalies before escalation
- Perform manual testing for scenarios not yet covered by agentic automation: Scope, run, and document manual tests according to repeatable SOPs
- Maintain clear, explainable methodology, SOPs, and result documentation for stakeholders
- Provide daily status and progress visibility during active cycles; ensure no backlog of QA or unresolved issues
- Drive blockers to resolution, clearly logging reasons and responsible owners
Skills
- Experience in managing and executing testing cycles
- Ability to operate and refine third-party AI agentic testing platforms
- Strong skills in conducting detailed Data QA
- Experience in performing manual testing for scenarios not yet covered by automation
- Ability to maintain clear, explainable methodology, SOPs, and result documentation
- Strong communication skills to provide daily status and progress visibility
- Ability to drive blockers to resolution and document reasons and responsible owners
- Experience in compliance benchmarking or market intelligence
- Familiarity with children's data privacy and online safety regulations
- Experience in working with game-testing platforms
