Responsibilities

• Provide detailed feedback on manufacturing processes and best practices based on extensive domain experience
• Review and develop Six Sigma process maps, root-cause analysis reports, and production line efficiency models
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in assembly line and mechanical engineering operations
• Offer expertise in quality assurance (QA) and operational excellence strategies
• Create and review documentation for operational procedures and standards
• Collaborate with a global project team by communicating complex concepts in clear, concise English

Skills

• Have 5- of hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality assurance, or mechanical engineering
• Demonstrate expertise with Six Sigma, process mapping, and root-cause analysis
• Have extensive experience optimizing production or assembly line efficiency
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, which is critical for project success
• Be able to document, explain, and justify technical decisions and methodologies succinctly
