The role involves designing, building, and scaling modern data and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making and AI-powered insights across enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworks
• Build and optimize data models supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making
• Integrate data from multiple business systems, databases, and cloud platforms
• Develop curated datasets and semantic models that support standardized reporting and KPI measurement
• Create and optimize dashboards, datasets, and reporting solutions using modern BI platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics, reporting standards, and data definitions
• Deliver executive-level analytics and operational reporting solutions that drive business value
• Support AI-driven initiatives including predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-support solutions
• Collaborate with teams to enable AI and machine learning use cases through scalable data architectures
• Develop reusable frameworks for automation, data validation, monitoring, and operational alerts
• Implement data quality controls, monitoring processes, and validation frameworks
• Maintain metadata, documentation, and data lineage to support governance and transparency
• Support enterprise data standardization and platform modernization initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing coordination, and production deployments
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best-practice recommendations across teams
• Drive continuous improvements in data engineering processes, performance, and scalability

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines
• Strong expertise in SQL and Python within large-scale data environments
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, AWS, or Azure
• Proven track record designing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and semantic data models
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
• Understanding of AI/ML workflows and data architecture requirements
• Experience within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based AI solutions
• Experience with DataOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development practices
• Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and lineage frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise analytics and data science platforms
