You will process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans for non-owner-occupied investors, ensuring documentation is complete, conditions are tracked and cleared, and all parties stay aligned in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
• Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and third-party items and keeping the file moving
• Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for underwriting
• Process fix-and-flip and bridge files for investor, non-owner-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely
• Order, track, and follow up on third-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable) and escalate delays when needed
• Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them clearly to borrowers and internal partners
• Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and escalate complex scenarios appropriately to keep timelines on track
• Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so underwriting and closing can move efficiently Qualifications
• Construction loan processing experience (required)
• DSCR processing experience (required)
• Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required)
• Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required)
• Private money or hard money background preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
