Remote Live chat Agent

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our support team. In this role, you will assist customers through live chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who have strong written communication skills and enjoy helping customers online.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system Follow company guidelines and customer service standards Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality responses Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus) Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or call center support preferred Excellent written communication and typing skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and computer Required Skills Customer service and client support Fast and accurate typing Active listening and problem-solving Time management and organization Professional written communication Basic computer and online chat software knowledge Technical Requirements Computer or laptop with updated operating system High-speed internet connection Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, or LiveChat is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling options Fully remote work environment Paid training for qualified candidates Opportunities for advancement
