The role involves verifying language accuracy, documenting errors, and suggesting improvements in language processing for Litoraleño speakers.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Litoraleño language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal
• Native-level fluency in Litoraleño
• A deep, practical understanding of the dialect's nuances
• Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects can substitute for a formal degree
• Clear, metacognitive communication—'showing your work'—is essential
