Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WorkGenius Group is a technology company seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. The role involves supporting lifecycle marketing strategies and executing multi-touch campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, expansion, and reactivation programs
• Design and execute multi-touch campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys using marketing automation platforms
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies using behavioral and product usage data
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance

Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey building, and campaign optimization
• Experience using analytics tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or self-service platform environment preferred
