• *Must be licensed in the State of Arizona** • WellTherapy.com is looking for a licensed clinician with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills, to provide online or onsite individual therapy.

• Provide individual therapy to patients using evidence-based approaches
• Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications
• Create treatment plans that reflect the patient’s values, goals and health

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy and patient assessment
• Experience in individual therapy and crisis intervention
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
• Familiarity with psychotherapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities
