This is not a passive “work-in-your-PJs” telehealth role. We’re looking for professional, prepared, and engaging OTs who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to measurable outcomes for children and families. Important: Our clients are located throughout California. You must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST), including after-school hours (typically 2:00–6:30 PM PST). Position Overview: Remote Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) This part-time, remote position is ideal for experienced pediatric OTs seeking flexible hours while maintaining clinical excellence. You’ll provide telehealth occupational therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, and motor needs—helping them reach functional goals from the comfort of their homes. Position Requirements:

• Current California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (H-1B visa sponsorship not available)
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience required
• Previous experience delivering telehealth occupational therapy (references required)
• Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Strong communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation skills
• Must consistently be available during after-school hours (PST)

• Maintain clinical productivity as agreed upon
